If a nurse chooses to take a week off for a week during which she usually works more than half of her EFT, you have rescheduled those extra days in the hours booked to ensure that her EFT is maintained. If they choose to take a week off for a week during which they usually work less than their EFT, one day of the previous week or the following week can be postponed to that short week to ensure that they receive their T EF during the holiday period. See Appendix B. The rescheduled days are not confirmed with the nurse at the meeting. They will be confirmed if the calendar is booked with these dates.
