Some of the ways in which our collective agreements support us: the formulation of Local Collective Agreement 5 sometimes differs from the standard UNM formula and the collective agreements of other local/labour agreements. Please check your Local 5 collective agreement to make sure you have the corresponding text. A collective agreement is a written and binding contract between the Union and the employer, which sets out the terms of employment. G. New hires/nurses who change the EFT during the holiday year You will find here a summary of salaries and benefits under the Central Table Agreement that EU members ratified on 30 April 2014. It covers the majority of the members of the Union. . If a nurse chooses to take a week off for a week during which she usually works more than half of her EFT, you have rescheduled those extra days in the hours booked to ensure that her EFT is maintained. If they choose to take a week off for a week during which they usually work less than their EFT, one day of the previous week or the following week can be postponed to that short week to ensure that they receive their T EF during the holiday period. See Appendix B. The rescheduled days are not confirmed with the nurse at the meeting. They will be confirmed if the calendar is booked with these dates.
