What I did on Easter

More Progress

This move becomes more real every day. The garage sale is over, and what a sale it was! We cleared out most of our stuff and are now left to sift through the remains. It amazes me that we could get rid of so much stuff and yet still have so much left.

Last weekend marked the beginning of the endings. I led our church’s choir for the last time, which was a great experience (click on the player below to hear our closing song). The endings have continued this weekend, as we met with our small group for the last time. This week will bring the end of our homeschool co-op. Each day, each experience is bittersweet.

Baby steps

Every day, every week, more things get crossed off the “to-do” list. This week all three kids had both dentist and doctor appointments. I had bloodwork done for my checkup next week. We’ve signed with a property manager. And all this is on top of finishing the motorcycle safety class last weekend (which was more fun than I expected).

I also got together with my church’s homeschooling mamas group for what will probably be my last time. These ladies have been a great source of encouragement to me, even though I don’t see them all that often.

I’m getting things sorted out for our big garage sale next weekend (April 7) and boxing up keepsakes to be taken to family’s basements for storage. There’s still so much to be done, but we’re making progress.

One of the benefits to being a musician is getting to make music with great musicians! And one of the benefits to being a studio rat is that you get to record you performances, mix them, and put them out there for others to hear and hopefully enjoy.

So here are recordings of my band +The Anthem Archive from last month that I just posted to our bandcamp site today. Everything is free to stream and free to download. There are six collections of songs. Everything was recorded live in service at Summit Church, Orlando FL

I only just made a page here on G+ so if you want more music you'll have to get it directly from our Bandcamp page
